Beyond the specific reasons why each model is great, I find myself being extra confident when recommending Beats products to friends and family because they work exceptionally well regardless of whether you're using them with Apple devices or Android devices.
Asus Zenbook Duo
Perhaps the most important back to school purchase is getting the right laptop.
"Right" laptop is going to vary a lot for each person depending on budget and the way you're using it. But overall you're going to want something with great battery life that remains as versatile as possible so that it will still be current for 4+ years of student living.
For many reasons, I think the Asus Zenbook Duo is a phenomenal device and easily one of the most versatile laptops out there.
While at first it looks like a traditional laptop, simply remove the keyboard to reveal a dual screen device. This design gives you maximum versatility, providing two screens on the go while allowing you to use the physical keyboard.
Not everyone needs a dual-screen setup, but when jumping back and forth between an online lecture and your notes, or browsing the web and writing a report, or coding, or video editing, or a plethora of additional tasks, more screen real estate can be very helpful.

I believe this configuration is almost certainly beyond the needs of 90 percent of users and suggest saving the money and buying the above-mentioned, on sale model.
