CES 2026 is officially underway, and Jackery is making sure we never have to worry about a dead battery again—whether we're in the middle of a storm at home or camping in the desert.

For years, we've known Jackery for those handy orange-and-black portable batteries. But, this year, they're thinking way bigger.

They're transforming the yard and even the way we "chase" the sun with some of the most futuristic gear I've seen in a while.

The Explorer 1500 Ultra: A Power Station Built for the Real World

First up is the Explorer 1500 Ultra. Most power stations are a bit like laptops: they don't really like getting wet or dusty.

This one is different. It has an IP65 rating, which is a fancy way of saying it's dustproof and can handle heavy rain.

Think of it like a rugged, heavy-duty smartphone battery, but instead of just topping up your iPhone to make calls, it can power your fridge or your power tools in a rainstorm—or all of your essentials for an outdoor party.

Why this power station stands out

We saw their gear at CES, but haven't tried it out personally (so take the below with a grain of salt), but if what Jackery said is true, this is going to be a must-have for outdoor adventurers.

  • Tough as Nails: It's designed to survive a one-metre drop and can even handle the vibrations of a major earthquake.

  • Lightweight: Even with all that protection, it weighs just 38.6 pounds. Jackery says it's about half the weight of other batteries in its class.

  • Fast-Charging: You can plug it into a wall and get a full charge in about 1.5 hours.

  • Long Life: It uses the same kind of battery cells found in electric vehicles, meaning it should last you about 10 years of regular use.

The Solar Gazebo: A Gazebo That Powers Your House?

Of all the products at this year's show, this one's definitely worth Geeking Out over. The Jackery Solar Gazebo is exactly what it sounds like. It's a beautiful outdoor structure for your backyard that has high-efficiency solar panels built into its roof.

While you're sitting underneath it and watching a movie on its built-in projector screen, the panels on the roof are busy soaking up the sun.

This gazebo can generate up to 10 kilowatt-hours per day, which it sends straight into a home back-up battery (like the Explorer 5000 Plus) to keep your lights on if the grid goes down.

The Solar Mars Bot: The Robot that Chases the Sun

If you've ever used solar panels, you know the struggle of having to move them every few hours as the sun shifts. Jackery's solution? The Solar Mars Bot.

This is an autonomous robot that uses AI and "computer vision" to literally drive itself around your yard to find the brightest patch of sunlight.

It's basically a robotic vacuum, but instead of cleaning your floors, it's a solar hunter that makes sure your gear stays powered 24/7.

When it's not "sun-hunting," it has retractable panels that fold away, making it easy to store. It's perfect for people using things like Starlink in remote areas, where every bit of sunlight counts.

This impressive line-up that Jackery unveiled at CES is a big deal.

Jackery is also launching the Jackery Consortium, teaming up with brands such as Heybike and XTOOL, to make sure all your gadgets, from e-bikes to AI systems, work perfectly with their power stations.

It's all about making energy independence actually easy for the rest of us.
